  The food is terrific, the service is great, and the atmosphere is quaint. The only negative is the owner is an angry, rude person that treats his staff AND his customers like trash. Very few of their servers and cooks last longer than a few months due to his treatment of his staff. Plus, may God help you If your order is incorrect, he will yell at the customer and blame them for not knowing how to order properly (it's actually quite funny if it wasn't such a huge turn off to visit the restaurant). However, besides the owner's temperment, it really is one of the best sandwich / gyro shops in highlands.

  Went for lunch. Quick to sit where we wanted. I had a gyro platter (hold the fries & got extra salad). It was good, flavor was ok... Mom got the Combo #2, she liked it and took some home. Waitress' were great, friendly and quick. 12/26/16: back for Moussaka, good portion and served at a nice hot temp. Thanks :)

  They boast the best gyros in town but fall far short of the mark. I have had gyros in many places around the country and have had many that were considerably better, even here. The gyro meat had hard crispy edges.
