White male employee with a left leg limp used the bathroom with me and did not wash hands before leaving the bathroom. No sound from the hand drier was heard while I was in the bathroom and he came while I was in there and left just before me. Of course washing your hands and then opening the door with your hands defeats the whole purpose of washing.July 12, 2016
