  The food was good and the cashier was nice. But on my way out there was water all over the floor. I told the food runner (Bald, tall, Anglo,male) that the floor was wet. He said yeah we know about it and we'll clean it up. I said okay I just didn't want anyone to slip. On my way out I overheard him tell the kitchen staff "like we already know it's there, it's obvious there was water on the floor and why did she feel the need to say something." He was quite arrogant. Perhaps I shouldn't have said anything at all and one of the many elderly people there could slip and Panera would be ok with that. Disappointed!!!

  Good food and service but I am noticing decline in product quality or business model change over the last two years.
